NASA Career is STCC Student's Dream – First Contact Day

Trekkers know that April 5, 2063 is the day the Vulcans discovered that humans have developed warp travel.

To commemorate First Contact Day, we feature STCC student Aminah Bergeron, a mechanical engineering student whose dream is to transfer to MIT and one day work at NASA. She has attended the NASA Lucy Student Pipeline Accelerator and Competency Enabler (L’SPACE) Mission Concept Academy and the NASA Community College Aerospace Scholars (NCAS) Onsite Experience.

Aminah is joined by Beth McGinnis-Cavanaugh, professor of engineering, and a few other women of science (fiction)!
