Lisa is a qualitative user / customer researcher with experience in the consumer, finance, and medical fields. As a leader, her big-picture thinking style, influential voice, infectious energy, and creative insights guide business strategy and product roadmaps. In addition, her work guides the development of individual products with both hardware and software components. She has been proven to be instrumental to front-end innovation and is often a mentor to colleagues and project teams.
